For really big fears, let them ponder until the next Full Moon rolls around (you see the rabbit in the moon, right?) and they'll have come up with a great answer!

NOTE: Don't disturb the Worry Bunnies after midnight. They need time to work on those problems, at least until the next morning.

NOTE: While the Worry Bunnies work on the problems, tell Anxiety Rabbit about all the things you can be grateful for. It doesn't make those other problems go away, but it does help you - and Anxiety Rabbit - feel so much better.
